Something with rhubarb would be fun. And strawberries are coming in season. A bit of a cliche combination, but oh, so tasty.
I know cucumber mint is a tried and true combo, so maybe it's too boring for "daredevil" ... but I bet it'd be good ...

cucumber and watermelon or strawberries!....i just found your blog but heard about FTF maybe a year ago? I just got back from Austin where I had Hey Cupcake and torchy's tacos and was googling KC food trailers! I'm dying to eat some trailer food again! Not to mention, I'm dying to start my own trailer eaterie of some sort. I really think it could take off here too so kudos on being a pioneer! Anyways, I'll be coming out to get a snocone asap!
