just saw your piece in the food network magazine, so sad I don't live closer to kansas city!
I tried your snow cones today for the first time, by chance, as I found the stand in the garden accross from Blue Bird Cafe.
Mmmmmm! You were right -- blackberry lavender was an excellent choice. Just seeing that little retro camper out there in the garden and watching people enjoy your snow cones on a lovely Saturday afternoon -- that is the type of sweetness (all-natural sweetness) that brings a tear to my eye :)
I saw your story in the food network magazine....had to log on and check you out!!! Your trailer is super cute...wish i lived closer to try one.
